The Role You’ll Play

As the Director of Planning, you will lead a team of planners overseeing the demand and supply processes for four production plants. You will work cross-functionally with an international team leading the SIOP process for a global brand. Who You Are
An entrepreneurially-minded leader with international experience in a $500M - $2B (annual sales) industrial manufacturing company.
A strategic thinker who takes the big picture, transforming it into functional reality while engaging stakeholders in the vision.
An expert demand planner with 10 years of complex demand planning and SIOP leadership experience.
A strong team manager, able to develop and support a growing team of 8 supply planners.
Confident in inventory management, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional leadership.
Well versed in supply chain tools and processes, with a proven track record of supply chain and demand planning process improvements.
Capable of analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement and executing the improvements.

10+ years of supply and demand planning experience within global manufacturing organizations of varying sizes
5+ years of team leadership and management experience
Extensive experience with MRP and ERP systems (JDE a plus)
SIOP / S&OP / IBP leadership experience
Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field
Green belt certification or higher (preferred)
