15+ years of Quality management experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years of leading multiple sites
Able to travel 75-90% of the time, both domestic and international travel
Very knowledgeable about Quality requirements and standards such as ISO9001 and IATF 16949
Well versed in Quality management tools like 8D tool, DOEx , Minitab, FMEA
Very knowledgeable about the APQP/PPAP process, with significant product Launch management experience
Minimum of a 4-year degree in related field; MBA and quality certifications a plus
Experience in Lean Sigma manufacturing a plus
