Position Mission:

The mission is the fundamental reason this position exists.

This sales position is with an independently owned Goodyear authorized dealer, who provides premium Goodyear Tires and a multitude of the finest tire-related services available in the Midwest. From tires and retreading to alignment and wheel refinishing, they add value through unparalleled service, TIA-certified technicians and competitive pricing. The mission of the Outside Sales Representative is to drive commercial tire, retread, and service sales growth in the East Peoria & Champaign, IL markets.


The outcomes are the specific and measurable objectives that have a significant impact on the team and business, and include the timeframe over which they should be achieved.

  1. Build a book of business selling 1,000 commercial tires, 1,000 retreads, and $100,000 of labor within the first 18 months.

  2. Increase the book of business to 2,500 commercial tires and 2,500 retreads and $250,000 of service in three years.

  3. Continue to prospect and grow business by 10% per year after establishing 3 year base of above stated outcomes.
