Who You Are

  • A hands-on servant leader, passionate about developing and empowering high-energy teams

  • Skilled in adapting to new environments and managing organizational change by gaining stakeholder buy-in and setting a clear vision

  • Experienced in all levels of plant leadership including working on the manufacturing floor or directly managing manufacturing operations

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement across fiscal, operational, manufacturing, and personnel management

  • Well able to maintain a clean, safe, and organized plant which meets or exceeds production & organizational goals

Background Profile

  • Advanced leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of manufacturing experience, including 3-4 years of progressive manufacturing leadership, preferably either working on the plant floor or directly managing plant floor operations

  • Extensive manufacturing, fiscal management, and operations knowledge

  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma implementation experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Master's Degree preferred)
