HOVER is transforming the home improvement market and helping people visualize what’s possible with interactive 3D property models. Homeowners, contractors, and insurance professionals all use HOVER to get fully measured, accurate, and interactive models of any property—in a matter of minutes, and with just a few snaps of a smartphone camera.
The mission for the Growth Marketing Manager is to use data to implement campaigns to drive new user acquisition and activation. You will carefully test and measure all communications, running multiple tests at any point in time.
In this role, you will work closely with the rest of the growth team, our partners, product marketing, design and sales to grow and retain our HOVER audience.
The outcomes are the specific and measurable objectives that have a significant impact on the team and business, and include the timeframe over which they should be achieved.
Utilize tactics like promotions, referrals, educational content to drive activation and further engagement of our existing user base by using tools like email, in-app messaging, push notification, webinars, direct mail, etc. to educate our audience and grow their usage of HOVER
Analyze and report on performance data to identify new initiatives or optimize existing ones
Develop client-facing skills and acumen, deliver strategic insights, and drive results for our partners (i.e. The Home Depot)
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
5+ years of experience leading email marketing, customer retention or lifecycle programs
Experience using several marketing technology offerings to automate and scale campaigns (email platforms, segment, tableau, sms/push platforms)
The ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Immaculate written and verbal communication skills
