HOVER is transforming the home improvement market and helping people visualize what’s possible with interactive 3D property models. Homeowners, contractors, and insurance professionals all use HOVER to get fully measured, accurate, and interactive models of any property—in a matter of minutes, and with just a few snaps of a smartphone camera.

The mission for the Growth Marketing Manager is to use data to implement campaigns to drive new user acquisition and activation. You will carefully test and measure all communications, running multiple tests at any point in time.

In this role, you will work closely with the rest of the growth team, our partners, product marketing, design and sales to grow and retain our HOVER audience.

The outcomes are the specific and measurable objectives that have a significant impact on the team and business, and include the timeframe over which they should be achieved.

  1. Utilize tactics like promotions, referrals, educational content to drive activation and further engagement of our existing user base by using tools like email, in-app messaging, push notification, webinars, direct mail, etc. to educate our audience and grow their usage of HOVER

  2. Analyze and report on performance data to identify new initiatives or optimize existing ones

  3. Develop client-facing skills and acumen, deliver strategic insights, and drive results for our partners (i.e. The Home Depot)

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience leading email marketing, customer retention or lifecycle programs

  • Experience using several marketing technology offerings to automate and scale campaigns (email platforms, segment, tableau, sms/push platforms)

  • The ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

  • Immaculate written and verbal communication skills

Position Mission:

The mission is the fundamental reason this position exists.

HOVER is transforming the home improvement market by making it possible for anyone with a smartphone camera to create an interactive 3D model of virtually any building in the world, complete with detailed measurements and powerful design features. The mission for the Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Acquisition is to use data to implement campaigns both online and offline (i.e. Adwords, paid social, display, mobile, events, etc.) to grow the HOVER user base. You will carefully test and measure all campaigns, running multiple tests at any point in time.

In this role, you will work closely with analytics, product marketing, partner marketing, sales and the rest of the growth team to lead efforts that will grow our HOVER audience.

The outcomes are the specific and measurable objectives that have a significant impact on the team and business, and include the timeframe over which they should be achieved.

  1. Introduce 1,700 new organizations monthly to Hover’s 3-D modeling tool.

  2. Increase website traffic by 30K unique users per month in the first 6 months.

  3. Achieve a ROAS of 2.5X in the first year.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • 5-7+ years of work experience in a B2B or B2C acquisition role

  • A love of data - can both analyze a marketing funnel to size different growth opportunities, build tests to measure impact and synthesize complex results into actionable recommendations

  • Expert at project management, able to independently manage and execute multiple projects at various stages at one time

  • Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail

  • Deep understanding of various marketing channels including paid search, SEO, content, ABM, social, events

  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)

  • Experience working cross-functionally

  • SQL knowledge is a plus (not a must have)
